Windy, Watery, and Wood have all escaped their card forms! They're rampaging the park, so quickly capture as many of their mini forms as you can before the sun sets.

Sakura's Card Capture is an arcade shooter developed for UCSC's AGPM 120 series in Spring 2021. This game was made using JavaScript, with rethemed assets, music, and designs to be different from the original Rocket Patrol (1978). All visual assets were drawn by yours truly. 

The main source of the code was given to me by my professor, Nathan Altice (@circuitlions on Twitter). I then edited that code to add functions to the game that weren't in the original, such as - multiple enemy types with varying stats, a timer for remaining time in the round, and a background that utilizes parallax scrolling.

Aesthetic and references come from the late 90's anime, Cardcaptor SakuraCardcaptor Sakura is an anime series and brand owned by CLAMP, who is in no way affiliated with this game.
